2. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital files are delivered via email or through a secure download link after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery usually occurs within 24 business hours after confirmation.

For bank slip (boleto) payments, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Please ensure you provide a valid email address at the time of purchase to guarantee successful delivery.
3. Delivery of Custom Services

The delivery time for custom arrangement services will be individually agreed upon via email or another communication method after the client’s request.

The countdown begins once payment is confirmed and all necessary information is received (e.g., base score, desired instrumentation, etc.).

Delivery is made by email, in digital formats as previously agreed.
4. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Email

5. File Re-Delivery

In case of accidental loss or deletion of files, we will resend them free of charge, upon proof of purchase.
