This Shipping Policy explains how and when products and services purchased through www.customscores.com are delivered to customers.

1. Types of Products

Our website offers two types of delivery:

  • Ready-Made Digital Products (musical arrangements): files sent after payment confirmation.

  • Custom Services (personalized arrangements): delivered after development and finalization, according to the agreement with the client.

2. Delivery of Digital Products

  • Digital files are delivered via email or through a secure download link after payment has been confirmed.

  • Delivery usually occurs within 24 business hours after confirmation.

  • For bank slip (boleto) payments, processing may take up to 3 business days.

  • Please ensure you provide a valid email address at the time of purchase to guarantee successful delivery.

3. Delivery of Custom Services

  • The delivery time for custom arrangement services will be individually agreed upon via email or another communication method after the client’s request.

  • The countdown begins once payment is confirmed and all necessary information is received (e.g., base score, desired instrumentation, etc.).

  • Delivery is made by email, in digital formats as previously agreed.

4. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Email

  • If you do not receive your files within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder.

  • If the issue persists, contact us at customscorescontact.com.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information provided at checkout.

5. File Re-Delivery

  • In case of accidental loss or deletion of files, we will resend them free of charge, upon proof of purchase.

  • Re-delivery is available within 90 days from the original purchase date.
